Mokaholic cares greatly about your privacy. Therefore, we process only the data that we need to (improve) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 23/05/2023. With the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. Web Store Software/Web Hosting

Shopify

We use the web hosting and email services of Shopify. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. Shopify has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Shopify is obligated to maintain confidentiality based on the agreement.

Email and Mailing Lists

We send our email newsletters via Shopify Mail. Shopify Mail will never use your name and email address for its purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is securely stored by Shopify Mail. Shopify Mail uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Gmail

We use Gmail services for our regular business email traffic. Shopify Payments

For handling part of the payments in our web store, we use the platform of Shopify Payments. Billing and Accounting

e-boekhouden

We use the services of e-boekhouden to keep our administration and accounting. We share your name, address, residence details, and order details. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. e-boekhouden is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. e-boekhouden does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Purpose of Data Processing

If you indicate this to us, we will also consider it as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for the duration of the applicable period. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created based on your assignment.
